Originally, Armstrong didn't contest the charges so as never to deliver anymore public interest to the case, but USADA at some point ruled that he be stripped of many of the titles he won once the date of August 1, 1998, and be issued a life time ban from competing.In July 2012, Armstrong submitted a lawsuit in The usa District Courtroom to the Wes
